Efficient process bundling in one machine

Our punch-stamp-weld and punch-stamp-glue systems set new benchmarks by combining various processes in a single system. They are ideal for applications requiring the uniform orientation of components and they make it possible to perform a wide variety of production steps in a very compact space. The exacting requirements for punching with different embossing geometries are met in full, with the precise welding of subsequent parts taking place seamlessly in the next step. Our patented process eliminates the intermediate handling of components, which not only significantly reduces the cycle time, but also optimizes the cost structure and the spatial layout of the production lines.
