Cold and hot forming
Innovative hot forming process interlinking guarantees a simultaneous product flow, from the sawing of the individual blanks to robot-guided handling in our Lasco hot forging press. The application range is for aluminum, copper and brass alloys up to an application weight of 650 grams. The inline heat treatment unit completes the process cycle with quenching and tempering.
Forged part trimming, the cold forming of steel parts and the riveting of various assemblies are carried out in the non-cutting production area with a large selection of hydraulic and eccentric presses.

CNC machining
In the machining department we can mill, drill, deburr and thread-cut components made of steel, aluminum and copper up to a component length of 2,500 mm using our 4-axis machining centers. We can also automatically machine cylindrical components up to a length of 450 mm on our turning centers.

Coil manufacturing
One of our longstanding areas of expertise is coil manufacturing. We can form, cut, bend, bundle, sand and crimp prefabricated wire coils made from aluminum, steel, aluminum-clad steel (Alumoweld) and copper. We also have the necessary technologies to manufacture plastic coils for various applications.

Assembly cells
Our assembly cells, which we designed ourselves, allow us to automatically assemble diverse components and perform a 100% quality inspection of the connecting elements.
