RIFIXX is our answer to customers’ demands for reduced costs and functional advantages in final assembly. Screw-sleeve elements, which are already securely positioned before assembly, help reduce manufacturing times because they alleviate the need to feed in loose screws. RIFIXX is a combination of screw and sleeve that is used in plastic and metal components. It is pre-installed in the respective assembly, absolutely secure and thus saves expensive worksteps in final assembly. This eliminates mix-ups and leads to a significant increase in assembly efficiency. Built-in tolerance compensation for more precise connections and a significant reduction in logistics and procurement costs are further advantages of RIFIXX. RIFIXX also enables simpler and more cost-efficient design approaches, which not only make assembly even easier, but also considerably reduce the costs of the mounting part.

At the same time, a radial assembly clearance makes a high tolerance compensation of up to 2 mm easily possible, especially with multiple screw connections.

The RIFIXX aluminum screws, which are exclusively validated for mass production worldwide, are 65% lighter than comparable steel screws. The compact design ensures the 1-to-1 interchangeability of steel elements with minimal loss of clamping force.
