Gender note

For reasons of better readability, we use the masculine and/or feminine form (so-called generic masculine/feminine) in texts and publications, for example in terms such as “the customer” or “the employees”. In principle, all genders are always treated equally. This abbreviated linguistic form is used solely for editorial reasons and is completely neutral.
