We meet our customers’ diverse needs with our comprehensive product range, which extends from compression, tension, torsion, spiral and flat springs to bent wire parts. Our springs are manufactured on state-of-the-art machines that guarantee precision and efficiency in every stage of the production process. We use modern Bihler machinery for the fully automated production of punched parts, sleeves, complex assemblies and assembly parts.
Compression springs
Made from round, flat and square wires, as well as pre-coated wires with diameters of 0.15 mm to 3.20 mm
Torsion springs
Made from round, flat and square wires, as well as pre-coated wires with diameters of 0.20 mm to 4.00 mm

The flexible interlinking of multiple manufacturing technologies helps us achieve high process reliability and streamline our cost structure. We offer a variety of coatings to satisfy individual corrosion resistance requirements and provide a number of other essential product properties. Options include coating with galvanic, organic, inorganic, zinc flake surfaces, plastics and the flocking of our spring elements.
